1Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.
- A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an inquiry and order.
By clicking the inquiry submission button, you place a binding inquiry. The purchase contract is concluded when we approve your request and you complete checkout.
4Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory German value-added tax (19%) unless reverse charge or export exemption applies.
Additional shipping costs will be calculated upon review and clearly itemized prior to final payment.
5Payment & Retention of Title
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or online payment methods processed securely through Mollie.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
